How we use the information you choose to share.
Repair enquiries
Shine Auto Service uses the contact details, vehicle information, city and damage photos you send to assess an enquiry, respond and arrange service. Avoid including personal documents or unrelated information in photographs.
Text and email links open your device’s apps. The direct enquiry form sends your name, email, optional phone number, city, vehicle details and damage description to Shine Auto Service through Wix Forms. Wix stores the submission for the business to review and respond. Photo uploads are not currently available on this preview.
Google reviews
The reviews section uses Elfsight to display Google reviews. When that widget loads, Elfsight and its service providers may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details under their own policies.
Optional analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits and clicks on call, text, email and quote links. We do not send the contents of enquiries, names, phone numbers or damage photos in these analytics events. You can accept or decline analytics and change your choice using the footer link.
Service providers and questions
Wix hosts the website, and communication providers process messages you send through their services. We use enquiry information to provide service, not to automatically subscribe you to marketing.
